Design and Pre-execution planning are critical requirements of confirming what we will be delivering and how we will deliver it. This stage is critical to success, it is where we confirm our risk position and plan to manage our safety, schedule, quality and our cost requirements.
Procurement and contracting, commissioning, documentation and drawing, maintenance and operational use documentation and all other agreed deliverables of the project are confirmed at this stage. The facilitation is absolutely essential to project success.
The execution of the detailed design and execution pre planning is where the wheels hit the road. Application of the execution plan in full, where the right people at the right time do what is planned to see the successful outcome delivered. A well planned project sees this stage as a realisation of the early definition requirement through an executed project. Our team of project managers and engineers are experts at seeing this through, managing deliverables, hold points, measures, commissioning requirements and supporting products well.
The confirmation and handover of the deliverable. The product is in the Business as Usual state and ready for you, our customer to maintain and operate as part of your usual business. Documentation is finalised in the As-built state, records are finalised and the project is completed. This is the end of a successful project delivery.
